CHRISTOPHE GINGINS
Christophe Gingins, born in 1971, is a Swiss executive with over two decades of leadership experience in risk management, compliance, and financial control. Most recently, as Risk & Compliance Director at Audemars Piguet (2019–2024), he established and led a department of 22 people, integrating risk and security management into core operations. Under his leadership, the company implemented robust enterprise risk management (ERM), business continuity, and crisis management strategies, enhancing operational resilience and strategic decision-making. Before this, Christophe founded and developed the Internal Audit & GRC function at Audemars Piguet, significantly improving governance, risk oversight, and compliance processes. He has a proven ability to drive efficiency by developing internal control systems and financial management processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations such as anti-money laundering and anti-bribery laws.
Christophe’s expertise spans financial reporting, cost control, strategic planning, and compliance frameworks. Fluent in French and English, he combines technical financial skills with strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
